Friday, October 23
- 1:00 PM — Arrival begins, check-in
- 1:30 PM — Snacks & refreshments
- 2:00 PM — Tours and walks (self or guided)
- 4:00 PM — Opening / welcome
- 5:00 PM — Pizza & salad dinner
- 6:00–8:00 PM — Speakers, then dismiss
Saturday, October 24
- 9:00–11:00 AM — Coffee & warm-up, speakers
- 11:15 AM — Lunch, then depart to America’s Stonehenge (optional: staking, prayer rocks, salting-waters demonstration)
- 12:00 PM — America’s Stonehenge admission, $19 adult / $17 senior 65+ / $25 per person group guided tour (stonehengeusa.com)
- 1:00 PM — Check-in at America’s Stonehenge
- 2:00 PM — Self or guided tour of America’s Stonehenge
- 5:00 PM — Depart back to the Ponderosa
- 6:00 PM — Catered dinner
- 7:00 PM — Speaker wrap-up
- 8:00 PM — Campfire, then dismiss
Sunday, October 25
- 9:00 AM — Gather & fellowship
- 11:00 AM — Brunch
- Afternoon — Worship; close, social, or pray/meditate

- Weekend pass (all 3 days, all meals): $75.00 per person
- Friday (dinner): $20.00 per person
- Saturday (lunch & dinner): $40.00 per person
- Sunday (lunch): $15.00 per person
- America’s Stonehenge tour add-on: $19 adult, $17 senior 65+, $25 per person group rate
