my wife went into a target in cincinnati and asked about their bathroom policy and the manager told her that this issue is being blown out of proportion and that they have a neutral bathroom for such people. and thagt absolutely not can a man enter into a women’s bathroom or a woman enter into a man’s restroom . so some managers are already changing policy to avoid trouble and lack of business.
