The courts have suspended the injunction against pro-lifers. We are still legally allowed to practice free speech in Kentucky! The judge responsible for putting forth a restraining order on pro-lifers at the abortion clinic ruled yesterday that they wouldn’t resume deliberations, so it is essentially dead in the water. This is a victory.
Remember folks, courts don’t make laws. Courts are not the arbiters of new laws. This “Case law” system we have is wrong. There is something called, “The Doctrine of the Lesser Magistrate” which dictates that if someone below an authority knows the right thing, they are able to declare the authority is wrong. This is what needs to happen in our country now. These lower judges, governors, and government officials must stand up against the tyranny and evil in the federal government. They must make Godly laws once again.
