Violence is when someone is violated. From the days of John the Baptist until now the Kingdom of God has been violated. It has been spiritually violated. The Bible says that the violent take it back by force. This means you violate evil. You put yourself in between evil and good. By doing that, you violate evil.
Why is Christianity under such attack? Why isn’t Buddhism under attack? Why isn’t Islam under attack? Why do people hate Christianity so much? We have moved from faith based teachings to feelings based teachings. People are living their lives based on what they feel, instead of on any objective evidence.
Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. The tolerance crowd believes you should tolerate all beliefs, except if it’s a belief they don’t agree with. They only want tolerated what they believe. They operate by faith. Faith in stuff, faith in evolution, faith in their lusts. We live by faith in God Almighty. We must violate those others, in faith, with the power from Jesus Christ.
