On Saving People
Description
Where does it say in the Bible that we are to “get people saved?” The Bible doesn’t tell us we are to get people “saved.”
I want to do what the Bible says. The Bible says, “He who wins souls is wise.” Matthew 28:18 – “teach them all that I have commanded you.” Jesus said, “Repent, and be baptized, for the remission of sins.”
God sent Jesus to reconcile us with Himself. He wants to be intimate friends with us. Jesus’ sacrifice opens the door to that But we have to repent and obey God’s commands.
We ARE justified. We ARE forgiven, when we are born again. But we can lose that. The Holy Spirit can come into us, but we can walk away and reject Him. We can be born again now, but if we’re not discipled we can fall away, and not receive their ultimate salvation.
